We are looking for a server-side Web Application Developer to join our growing team. Reporting to the Director of Application Development, the successful candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering smart and helpful software.

Position Summary

Your code is elegant, your attitude positive, and a passion for excellence drives you. You will be building some of the coolest social networking applications anywhere. If you are driven to provide an excellent experience for the user, timing your code to find hotspots to reduce download time, this position could be for you.

Requirements

• Strong programming skills, ideally in LAMP or Rails environments
• A quick wit, a sharp katana, wholesome interests outside of work, and at least one ironic or slightly offensive t-shirt appreciated, but not absolutely necessary
• Understanding of caching, scaling, clustering and relational database theory and practice, preferred
• Cat-like reflexes and grappling hook (optional)
