Take our Services division. It reflects our strategic emphasis on developing and growing our consumer Internet services as well as developing new enterprise solutions and software.

Nokia’s services encompass five areas: Music, Games, Media, Social Location and Messaging. The Services division also encompasses several sub-units: People and Places, Services Platforms, Service Experience, and Strategy & New Business.

Services works closely with the marketing and sales functions to create maximum consumer awareness and top line growth of the services.

The Media organization is responsible for Share on Ovi, the new media service code-named “Juniper”, migration of existing services as well as video preload business.

Are you interested in being an entrepreneur with their hand on the pulse of the business? This role is for an individual who lives the business and revels in seeing financial and performance targets exceeded. The responsibilities of this role are:

• Manage and communicate a holistic view of the Ovi Store business;
• Drive continuous improvement of all aspects of the Ovi Store business, including coordinating new traffic drivers, detection and resolution of conversion impacting issues, and running A/B testing programs to optimize the service;
• Track and drive resolution to major issues resulting in key metric underperformance; and
• Manage a 24/7 control room for monitoring/alerting on Ovi Store performance metrics.

Qualifications include 5-10 years experience running an Internet service, ideally a service targeted to Mobile Devices.

• Experience with running a mobile Internet service, with a proven aptitude for focusing resources and effort on meeting or exceeding key performance metrics
• A thorough understanding of the global mobile data services environment
• Proven leadership qualities - ability to lead through adversity and drive stakeholder to closure on issues
