Looking for a Ruby on Rails developer with an entrepreneurial mind.
We're a new startup looking for a technical partner to join our team.
We have an initial prototype and have just entered private beta, but have a big vision and need an experienced Ruby on Rails developer to help us lead the development and support growth.
Our team is backed by a group of advisors with a strong track record of building successful multi-million dollar businesses, are leaders in technology and building online communities.
You need to have experience with front-end and back-end development in Ruby on Rails. We have a great designer as part of the team and will need your help with making all of this come to life and making the application the best in its class.
You can have other contracts or a part time job during this time, we'll transition to full-time later, but to start we'll need about 10-15 hrs a week.
We'll offer a small paid contract to start to test the waters. If it's a good fit we'd take it to the next step and have you join the team as a partner. Initially payment would be in equity until investment or revenue.
This is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a startup that is beginning to make things happen with big plans around the corner.
